Lindenwood University Athletics

Lindenwood:
Records- Prior to the 2014-15 season, had the second-fastest 50 free time in Lindenwood history at 24.24. She was also a member of the fastest 200 free relay (1:35.75) and the 200 medley relay (1:45.59) in school history.
 
2014-15- Named an All-American being part of the 200 free relay team to place 8th at nationals ... named All-Conference after finishing 2nd in the 200 free relay.

2013-14- An all-conference and conference championship swimmer … at the NSIC Championship, finished fourth in the 50 free, 10th in the 100 free, and 23rd in the 200 free … swam the first leg on the 200 free relay conference championship team … also helped the 200 medley relay team come in second, and the 400 free relay squad have the fourth-fastest time.
 
High School:
Record-holder in three events, 100 free, 100 fly, and 50 free ... Illinois state qualifier in 200m freestyle relay, 200m medley relay, and 50m freestyle.

Personal:
Daughter of James and Denise Dahl ... three siblings Lexi, Madi, and Brandon ... a pre-dentistry major.
