Erika Guilbault joined the synchronized swimming staff in July 2018 as assistant coach.
She began in the sport at the young age of four and swam for the Rocky Mountain Splash in Denver, Colorado until she graduated high school. Guilbault continued her synchro career at the collegiate level at Lindenwood University and was a part of the teams that made history by winning the Collegiate National Championship title in 2014 as well as two U.S. National Senior Team Overall titles in 2015 and 2016. Guilbault graduated from Lindenwood in May of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a, minor in Human Resource Management.

With her love and passion for synchro, Guilbault continued with the sport by coaching the 18-19 Age Group level at her home club, the Rocky Mountain Splash. During her first two years as a coach, Guilbault led the team to an Overall Senior Division win at the 2017 North Zone Championships, coached three athletes that were invited to the National Elite Talent Camp through USA Synchronized Swimming, and helped athletes receive various awards such as âIndividual Overall High Pointâ and âAthlete of the Year." Guilbault coached the team to a fifth place finish in the 18-19 Team event during the 2017-18 season and collected a silver medal in the 18-19 Duet event at the 2018 Junior Olympics.

In addition to coaching the Lady Lions, Guilbault also works at a local pediatric bridge hospital in Missouri.
