2024 (Outdoor) – Competed in six meets… best finish was seventh in the 400-meter dash at the 2024 Joey Haines Invitational (3/29-3/30)… recorded new personal bests in the 100-meter dash (13.19), 200-meter dash (26.13), and 400-meter dash (58.29).
2023-24 (Indoor) – Competed in five meets… best finish was tenth in the 300-meter dash at the Edmunds-Wilt Invite (12/9)… recorded new personal bests in the 55-meter dash (7.99), 60-meter dash (8.35), and 300-meter dash (43.50).

2021 - Second-team All-GLVC (4x400) … competed in 11 meets for Lindenwood … recorded a career-best time of 1:30.36 in the 600 at the UCM Invitational on Jan. 22 … earned a personal-best mark of 26.78 in the 200 at the SBU Invitational on April 2 … raced to a career-high time of 2:29.26 in the 800 at the John Creer Invitational on April 11 … at the GLVC Outdoor Championships on May 6, set a career-best mark in the 400, finishing in 59.81 … finished second in the 4x400 at the GLVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:54.07.

Attended Alton High School ... three-time Runner of the Year ... second-team All-Conference, twice, for both cross country and track and field ... recorded career-best times of 58.2 in the 400M, 2:27 in the 800M, and 5:45 in the 1600M.
