Lisa Clark

Lisa Clark enters her second season as a graduate assistant for the Lindenwood women’s volleyball program. Before starting her graduate studies, Clark was a four-year starting setter for the Lady Lions.

In 2009, Clark guided the Lindenwood junior varsity Black volleyball team to the HAAC tournament championship. During the regular season, the JV Black team only dropped three matches on its schedule that included HAAC teams as well as top JUCO and NCAA Division III competition.

Clark’s playing career was one of the most decorated in Lindenwood history. She was named the HAAC Setter of the Year in 2009, and was selected to the All-Region V team in 2008 and 2009. Clark was selected to the all-tournament team for every tournament that the Lady Lions played in her senior year. She served as team captain both her junior and senior years, and still displays those leadership qualities as a coach.

Clark is a St. Charles, Mo. native and a 2005 graduate of Lutheran High School. She was a three sport athlete in high school earning all-state honors in volleyball, basketball, and track. In 2005, Clark led Lutheran High to the 2A state championship in volleyball.

Clark received her bachelor’s degree in clinical counseling and psychology from Lindenwood in 2009. In December of 2010, she will complete her Master’s degree in gerontology.
