Andrew Mudd enters his second season as an assistant coach on the Lindenwood Track & Field staff in 2025. 

In year one working primarily with multis, jumps and throws, Mudd helped the Lions set two school records, garner four Ohio Valley Conference Medalists and have 13 top 10 performers in school history. 

Prior to his arrival at Lindenwood, Mudd spent three seasons on the staff at Anderson University. Under his guidance, the Trojans set 23 school records, had 19 SAC Medalists, 15 All-Region selections, and seven SAC Championships. 

Mudd also spent time as a graduate assistant at Southwest Baptist from 2019-2021. During that time, the Bearcats had two runner-up finishes at the GLVC Championships, five medalists, two all-region selections, and one All-American. The team set three new school records. 

Mudd received his bachelor's degree  Business Management from Saginaw Valley State University in 2018 and his master's degree in Athletic Administration from Southwest Baptist University in 2021. While at SVSU, Mudd was a three time All American in the Heptathlon and Decathlon and the school record holder for the Heptathlon.
