Jennifer Grabowski is in her third season as the assistant coach on the Lindenwood women's gymnastics team in 2015.
Last year, she was part of the top season in program history as Lindenwood won the USA Gymnastics Women’s Collegiate National Championships and the MIC Championships, and advanced three gymnasts to the NCAA Regional Championships.
Lindenwood’s success in the vault and floor, the two events led by Grabowski, helped lead the team to a championship season in 2015. Lindenwood recorded its top six team scores in program history on the vault, and seven of the top eight scores on the floor.
Individually, the Lady Lions had 13 scores of 9.850 or higher on the vault, and ten times they reached that mark on the floor. Lindenwood won the individual national title on the vault at the USA Gymnastics National Championships, and had three All-Americans on the event. On the floor, the Lady Lions had two more All-Americans. At the MIC Championships, Lindenwood won an individual title on the vault and had five all-conference performances, and four gymnasts earned all-conference on the floor.
Grabowski was named the Assistant Coach of the Year at both the conference and USA Gymnastics Championships.
In her first year at Lindenwood, Grabowski was part of the Lindenwood program which finished third in the MIC in just its second season as a program, and earned a bid to the USA Gymnastics Collegiate Nationals.

Grabowski was in charge of the team's vault and floor routines and Lindenwood improved in both events. She helped four athletes upgrade to a 10.0 starting value on the vault, and three upgrade to a 10.0 starting value on the floor.
Â
Grabowski helped two Lady Lions earn three All-American honors last season. Zabawa was a first-team USA Gymnastics All-American on both the vault and floor, and freshman Ajiea Hargrave was a first-team USA Gymnastics All-American on the floor.
Grabowski came to St. Charles after being a graduate assistant coach for two seasons at Texas Woman's University. While at Texas Woman's, she coached two athletes to a first-place finish at the Midwest Independent Conference (MIC) championships on vault and floor in 2012, and a second-place vault finish in 2013.
She helped the Pioneers finish second in Team Finals at the USAG Collegiate National Championships in each of her two seasons at the school. At USAG Collegiate Nationals in 2013, she qualified three athletes to individual finals on vault, where they held a three-way tie for the National Vault title. That same year, she coached two athletes to a second and third place National title on floor.
In the two seasons at Texas Woman's, she helped qualify five athletes to NCAA Regionals. Of those five athletes, three qualified on vault, floor, and all-around, where vault and floor were her coaching focuses.
Grabowski started her collegiate coaching career as a volunteer coach at California-Berkeley for one season. She has also coached at National Elite Gymnastics in Austin, Texas and Cypress Academy of Gymnastics in Cypress, Texas.
She attended The University of Texas and was a member of the school's club gymnastics program from 2006-10. She captured four vault national championships and one all-around title at NAIGC. While at Texas, she also coached at Sport Speed Austin, teaching sport-specific skills.
Grabowski earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Texas in 2010 and earned her MBA from Texas Woman's University in 2013.
