Box Score The Lady Lions hockey team couldn't overcome an early deficit against St. Cloud State and fell by a 7-2 score during game two of the series.

The Huskies scored twice in the first seven minutes of the game and finished the first period up 2-0. St. Cloud State outshot Lindenwood 23-8 in the period.

St. Cloud State and Lindenwood traded goals twice early in the second period, before the Huskies pulled away with two goals late in the period. The Huskies also scored one more goal in the third period.

Samantha Redick led Lindenwood with one assist and one goal. Caitlyn Post had the other goal and Jocelyn Slattery, Chelsea Witwicke, and Katie Erickson each had an assist.

Lindenwood falls to 0-10-0 on the season. The Lady Lions host Penn State next weekend in a CHA series at the Lindenwood Ice Arena.
