The Lindenwood men's and women's tennis teams competed against Quincy University on Saturday in St. Charles, Mo. with the men winning by a score of 7-2 and the women falling 5-4.
The men's won doubles by a 2-1 margin and owned the singles matches 5-1.
Mariona Pinol led the way for the Lady Lions winning her set 6-0, 6-0 in singles action. Singles were tied 3-3 overall as Quincy had the deciding factor in doubles play winning 2-1.
The Lady Lions will be in action next on October 4
th in Macomb, Ill. when they will compete in the Hinds-Kellogg Classic. The men will take on Saint Louis University on October 4
th at 4 p.m. in St. Louis, Mo.
