The Lindenwood women's volleyball team fell to Central Oklahoma on Friday night by a 3-0 margin. The scores of the match were 25-11, 27-25, and 25-17.
Lindenwood's best chance to steal a set on the road came in the second game. Lindenwood used a 7-1 run to take a 22-20 lead late in that set. The two teams traded the lead three times and both had a set point after that. With Lindenwood up 24-23, Central Oklahoma scored four of the next five points to grab control of the match.
The Lady Lions hit just .044 in the match, compared to .291 for Central Oklahoma. Central Oklahoma also had 10 blocks, compared to just two for Lindenwood.

Lindenwood falls to 5-12 on the year and 2-7 in the MIAA. The Lady Lions are back in action on Saturday at Missouri Southern.
