Lindenwood's field hockey team improves its record to 4-4 after 4-0 win against Seton Hill University.
Lindenwood set the tempo early when
Tara Robben scored her second goal of the season two minutes into the game. This gave Lindenwood a 1-0 lead, but Lindenwood wasn't done,
Karlie Quinn scored Lindenwood's second goal of the game. Lindenwood carried their 2-0 lead into the half.
Lindenwood again started the half off strong when Quinn scored her second goal of the contest on an assist from
Tara Robben just a minute into the half. Scoring the final goal of the game was
Ashton Lichvar for her second goal of the season. This was the final score as Lindenwood pulled out the victory, 4-0.

Victoria Gil got her first shutout of the season with help from defenders

Amelia Rodriguez.
Lindenwood outshot Seton Hill 20-7. The Lady Lions dominated in penalty corners 20-2. This the second consecutive game where Lindenwood has had one player score two goals.
Coming up next for the Lady Lions is a non-conference game against Dowling College October 10th, in Oakdale, N.Y.
