Some members of Lindenwood's wrestling team traveled to Marshall, Mo. to participate in the Missouri Valley Open.
 
For the 157 weight-division, Alijandro Wajner bounced back from a first round loss, winning four straight matches on his way to claiming third place with a 2-1 victory. In the 184 class, Jake Landals started out with three straight victories, to put him position to compete for first place. Landals didn't come out with a first place finish, but still got second. Derek Heil and Tony Arellano got some action on the mat for Lindenwood.
 
Lindenwood gets back on the mat February 7th, when they host Newman University for an MIAA dual.
