The Lindenwood men's lacrosse team set a new team record for wins in a season after a 17-7 win over Adams State on Tuesday night at Hunter Stadium. The Lions picked up their ninth win of the year, their most since joining the NCAA level.
David Corazalla led the offense with three goals and one assist, and
Spencer Elmore had three scores.
Josh Coons and
Kevin Eskridge both had two goals and one assist, and
Jon George had one goal and two assists.
Graeme Hossack picked up 12 groundballs and caused a team-high three turnovers. Ben Besancezez made six saves in goal in just under 50 minutes of playing time.
The Lions improve to 9-1 on the season. Lindenwood will be back in action on Saturday with a neutral site game against Colorado Mesa in Kansas City, Mo.
