The Lady Lions field hockey team concluded its three-game road trip with a 3-1 loss against No. 1 Millersville on Sunday afternoon in Millersville, Pa.

The Marauders scored at 11:53 in the first half, and then extended their lead with a second goal before halftime. Chloe Bell aided the Lady Lions with her third goal of the season to cut the lead to 2-1. However, the Marauders added another goal with eight minutes left to seal the win.

Victoria Gil played nearly 65 minutes, saving 13 shots while facing 19. On Bell's goal, Karlie Quinn earned her first assist of the season. The Lady Lions only recorded five shots.

The Lady Lions, who are now 1-2 on the season, next come home to face Newberry at Hunter Stadium on Friday at 6 p.m.
