The Lindenwood women's volleyball team fell 3-0 to No. 9 Central Oklahoma on Saturday afternoon in Edmond, Okla.

Sarah Makowski and
Alex Dahlstrom each tallied three kills and
Alex Bogusz posted two kills with two blocks, but the Lady Lions fell 25-17 in the opening set. Lindenwood hit .156 for the set while the Bronchos hit .500 to open the day.

In the second set Central Oklahoma won 25-15 and held the Lady Lions to a .074 hitting percentage. Makowski again led the team with four kills while
Aleah Rosenau finished with three kills. Four different Lady Lions recorded a block and Bogusz posted one service ace.

Central Oklahoma closed out the match with a 25-19 win in set three. Makowski ended her day, again with three kills to lead the squad and tallied two blocks.Â
Brandy Reinhardt put up two kills, one service ace, one assist, and one dig in the final set.

Allyson Clancy, Bogusz, and Makowski each compiled three blocks in the match. Makowski led the team with 10 kills while
Shannon Doyle and Rosenau each tallied six kills.

Lindenwood falls to 10-14 on the year and 5-8 in the MIAA. The Lady Lions will remain on the road on Tuesday to take on Missouri-St. Louis for a 7 p.m. in St. Louis, Mo.
