The Lindenwood women's volleyball team fell in three-straight sets to No. 25 Northwest Missouri State on Friday night in Maryville, Mo.

Sarah Makowski had a two-kill, two-block opening set while
Bailey Dvorak put up three kills with one block.Â
Allyson Clancy dished out 11 assists and added three digs as the Lady Lions hit .128 in the 25-22 set-one loss. Lindenwood fell 25-17 in the second set, but
Aleah Rosenau tallied three kills and Clancy had two kills on two attempts, eight assists, three digs, and one block.Â
Shannon Doyle added three kills in the set while Makowski tallied one kill and one block.

Doyle had a monster showing in the third set with six kills and one dig, but the Lady Lions fell 25-22 to end the night. Doyle led the team with 11 kills on the night while Rosenau and Dvorak finished with seven kills in the match. Makowski led the squad with three blocks and added four kills as Lindenwood hit .116 in the three-set match.

Lindenwood falls to 11-18 on the year and 5-12 in the MIAA. The Lady Lions close out the season with a 2 p.m. match in St. Joseph, Mo. against Missouri Western on Saturday.
