Both Lindenwood tennis teams fell to Northwest Missouri State on Saturday afternoon. The men's took one match, but had trouble getting things going during the other matches. The women won all of their matches in singles, losing 6-3.
On the men's side,
Filip Bogic picked up another lucrative win at No. 1 singles over the No. 49-ranked singles player in Division II. He won in straight sets by a final score of 6-4, 7-6.
For the women, the Lady Lions picked up wins at No. 1, 3, and 6 singles.
Anna Barbasheva won at No. 1 by a final score of 6-4, 6-3 while
Clara Piccamiglio came out on top 6-4, 6-4.
Rebeca Aguilar won at No. 6 by a score of 6-2, 6-3.
The men finished their regular season as they wait until next weekend to play in the MIAA tournament. The women will play on Sunday against Missouri Western at noon.
