Series Notes:
- The Lindenwood women's hockey team returns home to Lindenwood Ice Arena for a two-game series with the Penn State Nittany Lions on January 12-13. Puck drop is set for 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening, followed by a 1:00 start on Saturday afternoon.
- Lindenwood and Penn State have met 22 times since the start of the 2012-13 season. Penn State holds a 10-9-3 record during those 22 matchups, including a 5-4-1 advantage during games played in Wentzville, Mo.

Britannia Gillanders scored in the first three games between the conference foes during the 2016-17 campaign, and has totaled a team-leading five career goals against the Nittany Lions.
- Lindenwood and Penn State will meet again on February 23-24 in University Park, Pa. during the last weekend of the CHA regular-season.
- Beginning with its two games against Penn State this weekend, Lindenwood will close out the 2017-18 regular season with 12 consecutive games against CHA opponents.

Taylor Girard was selected as the CHA Player of the Month for December. Girard finished December with three goals and two assists in just four games.
- Girard extended her scoring streak to six consecutive games with a goal on January 5 against No. 10 St. Lawrence. Girard's 12th goal of the season was the second game-winning score of her career.
- For the first time in her career,
Hannah Alt was named the CHA Player of the Week on Monday. Alt registered two goals and one assist during Lindenwood's series split with No. 10 St. Lawrence.

Megan Wagner scored the first goal of her collegiate career during the second period of Lindenwood's 5-4 win over No. 10 St. Lawrence. Wagner tallied one point in each of the games against St. Lawrence.

Lillian Marchant netted her first goal of the season on January 5 against No. 10 St. Lawrence. Marchant finished the weekend with six shots and a +2 rating.

Cierra Paisley recorded her second power-play goal of the season against St. Lawrence on January 5. Paisley's goal came just 56 seconds into the third period, Lindenwood's second fastest goal to begin a period this season.

Carla Goodwin posted her first two points of the season in the series against St. Lawrence. Goodwin had one assist in the first game of the series, and scored a goal in the series finale.

Courtney Ganske dished out her team-leading 12th assist of the season on January 5. Ganske's 12 helpers are tied for the most in a single season by a Lindenwood defender in program history.Â

Jolene deBruyn picked up the 10th win of her career on January 5, becoming just the second player in program history to reach double-digit victories.
