Clancy's 45 assists are the second-most for a three-set match in Lion history and the 29th highest three-set total in NCAA DII this season. Lindenwood rises to 13-11 overall and 5-9 in MIAA matches.

With this victory, the Lions have secured the regular season-tiebreaker over Missouri Western. Lindenwood currently sits in eighth place in the MIAA standings with the top eight teams qualifying for the MIAA Championship. The Lions also have the tiebreaker over seventh-place Pittsburg State. The Lions remaining MIAA games are:
