The Lindenwood baseball team defeated Union (Tenn.) on Sunday by a 7-0 final to sweep the Bulldogs at the Lou Brock Sports Complex in St. Charles, Mo.

Tyler Cassmeyer was lights out on Sunday as he tossed a complete-game shutout with nine strikeouts and allowed just two hits.Â
DJ Miller led the team with three hits and four RBI to help the Lions to a 7-0 victory. Miller registered his first RBI in the third inning as
Wes Degener scored the first run of the game.Â
Neil Fischer drove in two runs on a double in the seventh and later scored on a single by Teter to increase the lead. Miller hit a two-RBI single in the eighth to help seal the final game of the series.
