Series Notes:
- The Lindenwood women's hockey team enters the 2018 CHA Tournament as the No. 5 seed and will face fourth-seeded Penn State in a quarterfinal matchup on Thursday evening. The entire CHA Tournament will be held at HarborCenter in Buffalo, N.Y. from March 1-3.
- Lindenwood and Penn State met during the first-round of the CHA Tournament during the 2014-15 season. The Nittany Lions won the first two games of the best-of-three series to advance to the semifinals.Â
- Lindenwood and Penn State have met 26 times since the start of the 2012-13 season, with the Nittany Lions holding a slight 12-11-3 lead in the all-time series.Â
- The Lions and Nittany Lions split their four regular-season games this season, with each team winning one game during each respective series. Most recently, the two teams split a two-game set in University Park, Pa. on Feb. 23-24.

Britannia Gillanders scored her team-leading third game-winning goal of the season on Feb. 23 at Penn State. Gillanders is tied for second in program history with five career game-winning goals.

Carla Goodwin picked up the lone assist on Gillanders' game-winning goal, her fourth helper of the season.

Jolene deBruyn stopped all 43 shots she faced at Penn State on Feb. 23, posting her third shutout of the season, and her second in as many starts.
- Following her 43-save shutout performance, deBruyn established a new program record for most saves in a shutout.
- Over her last five starts, deBruyn has compiled a .982 save percentage and a 0.60 goals against average. Lindenwood has won four of those five games.

Taylor Girard averaged 1.00 points per game during CHA play this season, tied for the fifth-best average in the conference.
- Girard leads Lindenwood in goals (13) and points (24), and is tied for second on team with 11 assists.

Courtney Ganske is tied for second among CHA defenders with 18 assists this season. Ganske is Lindenwood's single-season record holder for goals ('16-'17), assists, and points in a season as a defender.
- Lindenwood is 9-3-0 when scoring the first goal this season. The Lions are 5-2-0 when leading after the opening period, and are a perfect 6-0-0 when leading after 40 minutes.
- Lindenwood is averaging exactly 2.00 goals per game, the highest single-season mark in program history against a full Division I schedule.Â
