On the men's side,
Naoufal El Idrissi won at No. 2 singles and also teamed up with
Jonas Bergbom for a win at No. 1 doubles. El Idrissi improves to 7-2 on the season during dual competition.

"This match was about sending the right signal to the rest of the conference," said tennis head coach
Nicolai Nonnenbroich. "Both teams did exactly that. This was our most consistent effort from start to finish, and we managed to create a very tough environment for any team that comes to compete against us at home."
With the loss, the men's team moves to 4-5 on the season and 0-1 from within the MIAA. Following its loss, the women's team moves to 1-6 on the year and 0-1 inside conference play.
The women's team will return to action on March 16 at 10:00 a.m. for a home match against MIAA foe, Northeastern State. The men's team will resume play at 9:00 a.m. on March 20 during a home match with Metropolitan State University of Denver.
