The Lindenwood women's hockey team (2-4-2) lost 7-0 to No. 4 Clarkson (5-1-2) on Saturday in Potsdam, N.Y.

GAME OVERVIEW
The Golden Knights poured on the shots in the first, registering 21 on goal which led to four goals. The Lions were able to slow the pressure in the second, but Clarkson added two more goals to take a 6-0 lead. The Golden Knights scored its final goal in the third period to end the series with a 7-0 win over Lindenwood.

The Lions were outshot 47-14 and took seven penalties in the game, which allowed the Golden Knights to get two while on the power play.Â
