The Lindenwood women's hockey team (2-9-3) lost 5-1 to St. Cloud State (3-8-1) on Saturday afternoon at Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights, Mo.

GAME OVERVIEW
The Huskies piled on the pressure in the opening 20-minutes, scoring three goals in a span of eight minutes to take a 3-0 lead. St. Cloud State added another goal in the second period, its second power-play goal to take a 4-0 advantage.Â
Megan Wagner put the Lions on the board at the 11:54 mark of the second period to make it a three-goal game.

St. Cloud State picked up another power-play goal, making it three on the day to take a 5-1 lead. The Huskies held on for the four-goal victory to close out the first of two weekend series between the two teams.
