The Lindenwood women's hockey team (2-10-3) lost 6-0 to St. Cloud State (4-10-1) on Friday night in St. Cloud, Minn.

GAME OVERVIEW
The Lions struggled in the first game of the weekend series, edging the Huskies in the faceoff dot by a margin of three. Lindenwood blocked nine shots in the game, but St. Cloud State poured on 33 shots on goal leading to the six-goal victory.

The Lions surrendered a goal in the first period, but kept it a one-goal game heading into the third frame. St. Cloud State registered five goals in the third period, including four goals in the final ten minutes of the game.
