Lions Move to Second in Latest ACHA Ranking

The Lions moved up two spots to second in the latest American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) Men's Division I Ranking.  Lindenwood had been fourth the previous week, but moved up after sweeping Robert Morris (Ill.) on home ice, winning with seconds remaining in overtime in game one, before running away with game two 8-1.

Adrian retained the top spot in the poll after sweeping Division II Trine University by a combined score of 17-1.  Michigan – Dearborn slipped a spot to third behind the Lions despite sweeping a two-game set over Ohio University, both in a shootout.  The No. 4 Wolverines improved to 8-1-1 overall while Indiana Tech improved to 9-2-0 after two wins against Cleary University on the road.  Defending national champions Minot State moved up from eighth to round out the top five after sweeping Division II Providence University.
