MEET OVERVIEW
The Lindenwood gymnastics took first place and upset No. 23 Iowa State at the GymQuarters Mardi Gras Invitational on Friday afternoon from The Family Arena in St. Charles, Mo. The Lions finished the meet with a team score of 195.275, beating out the likes of No. 23 Iowa State (193.575), Texas Woman's (190.725), and Southeast Missouri (188.450).

- The duo of
Ryan Henry and
Courtney Mitchell led the way for the Lions. Henry collected first-place finishes on the bars (9.800) and all-around (39.225), while Mitchell finished first on the vault (9.850).
- Lindenwood set a season-high on the beam with a 48.900, besting its previous high-mark of 48.875, which it set last week at Bowling Green.
- Jordan Boogard,
Aleah Leman, and
Aleah Turon each scored 9.825 on the vault.
