GAME OVERVIEW
The Lindenwood women's hockey team (7-20-3, 3-13-2 CHA) lost 5-1 to Syracuse (10-19-3, 10-6-2 CHA) on Saturday in Syracuse, N.Y.
 
Syracuse scored the first two goals of the game in the first six minutes of the second period.  The Lions responded with a goal by Courtney Ganske just 1:37 later to make it a 2-1 game.  The Orange closed out the period with two more goals to take a commanding three goal lead.  Syracuse scored another goal in the third period to defeat the Lions 5-1.
