GAME OVERVIEW
Lindenwood women's basketball had three players in double-figures as the Lions defeated visiting Northwest Missouri State 71-55.
Lexie Moe scored 14 points on 5-8 shooting (4-5 from three) to lead the Lion offense. The win moves Lindenwood to 15-4 overall and 9-3 in MIAA action. It also moves the Lions into a three-way tie for second place in the MIAA.

Lexie Moe led the team in scoring with 14 points, all scored in the second half. She was 5-7 from the field and 4-4 from three in the second half.

Lindsay Medlen tallied 12 points, four rebounds and four assists against the Bearcats.

Kallie Bildner scored 11 points with 12 rebounds for her 11th double-double this season and her third-straight double-double performance.

Charisse Williams stuffed the stat sheet with seven points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals.
- Overall, the Lions shot 53.8% from the field, their eighth game this season shooting 50% or better.
- Lindenwood also shot 40% from three, their fifth 40% or better performance this season.
- The Lions have not trailed at any point in their last two contests.
PLAYOFF PICTURE
This season, the MIAA changed formats for the MIAA Conference Championship. In years' past, the conference would take the top 12 teams with the bottom eight teams playing campus at campus sites for the first round. This season, the top 10 teams all go to Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo. For more information on the new format, visit

- With seven games to play, the Lions (9-3) are tied with Central Missouri and Washburn for second place in the conference. Fort Hays State leads the MIAA with an 11-1 record.
- In their remaining games Lindenwood plays Missouri Western (6-6), Fort Hays State (11-1), Nebraska-Kearney (6-6), Lincoln (1-11), Washburn (9-3), Central Missouri (9-3) and Southwest Baptist (2-10).

The Lions host Missouri Southern on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. The game will be the Lions annual "Pink Out" game. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to the game to help raise awareness for breast cancer research.
