The Lindenwood University men's and women's diving teams had a great first day at the NCAA DII Qualification Meet on Tuesday afternoon at the Indiana University Natatorium.
In the women's 1-meter,
Katie Werkema and
Ashley Holloway earned spots, while in the 3-meter,
Dylan Callaghan also punched his ticket to the Championships.
In the men's 1-meter, Callaghan improved his position to solidify his spot in the events, while Werkema followed his lead and improved her standings in the 3-meter. Both Callaghan and Werkema have qualified for their first DII Championships. Senior,
Ashley Holloway, has earned her second trip to the championships and continues to lead her fellow Lions.
The NCAA DII Championships begin tomorrow at 10:00 am CT in Indianapolis, IN.
