GAME OVERVIEW
Lindenwood softball split its doubleheader at Missouri Western with a 6-3 loss in game one and a 9-3 win in the second game. Lindenwood freshman
Taylor Bushman excelled against the Griffons, going a combined 5-8 with two runs scored. The rookie is up to a team-leading .429 batting average this season. Lindenwood is now 17-11 overall and 6-8 in MIAA games.

- In game one, the Lions jumped out to a 3-0 lead heading to the bottom of the fourth, but were unable to stave off the Griffon offense.

- In the second game, the Lions were tied with Missouri Western through four innings, but scored five runs in the fifth and three in the sixth. Lindenwood out-hit the Griffons 12-7 in game two.
