GAME OVERVIEW
Lindenwood softball swept Pittsburg State at the Lou Brock Sports Complex in a pair of close games. The Lions won the opener 3-0 and the second game 4-1.
Stormee Galka started both games in the circle, throwing a total of 12 innings with eight strikeouts against the Gorillas. Lindenwood rises to 19-13 overall and 8-10 in conference play.

Austine Pauley led the Lions offense, going 2-3 with a double, a triple and a pair of runs scored.Â

Courtney Klosinski was 2-2 with a double, a run scored and an RBI.

Becca Stocker entered the game in the top of the sixth as a defensive sub. She then came to bat in the bottom of the inning and responded with a two-run single.

Sam Dean went 1-3 with the eventual game-winning double, a run scored and an RBI.Â
- Galka started the second game as well, throwing five innings with three hits, three strikeouts and one walk. She allowed one earned run against the Gorillas.

Marina Esparza got the win in game two, allowing a hit and striking out two in 2.0 IP.Â
