Lindenwood women's basketball scored 28 points in the fourth quarter, led by
Devin Fuhring and
Lindsay Medlen, who scored 13 points each. However, the late rally was not enough as the Lions fell to Maryville 87-83 at Hyland Arena. The defeat moves the Lions to 6-3 overall and 2-1 in GLVC games.

Devin Fuhring and
Lindsay Medlen were each 3-6 from beyond the arc in the final quarter.
- Medlen led the Lions with 28 points, a career-best for the senior. She also had a team-leading 12 rebounds and four assists. Medlen was 11-21 from the field and 5-12 from deep.
- Fuhring finished with 24 points, tied for the second-best performance of her career. She was 7-18 from the field, 4-9 from three and a perfect 6-6 from the line.

Hennessey Handy was third on the team with 12 points and gathered four rebounds with four assits.

Kate Ruzevich was the Lions' top contributor off the bench, adding six points, while leading the team with four steals. She led Lindenwood with a +/- of +6.
- As a team, the Lions forced 20 turnovers, 10 of which came in the frenetic fourth quarter. Lindenwood scored 22 points off turnovers in the game.
