GAME OVERVIEW
Lindenwood women's basketball overcame a 17-0 run by their opposition to defeat Southwest Baptist 72-68 in Bolivar, Mo. The Lions trailed SBU by five points heading to the fourth quarter, but Lindenwood scored 21 points in the fourth while holding the Bearcats to 12 points to capture the GLVC win. The victory moves Lindenwood to 7-3 overall and 3-1 in conference games.

NOTABLE
- The Bearcats opened the second quarter with a 17-0 run over 6:10, but the Lions responded to close the half on a seven point run.
- Julia Ruzevich was the Lions leading scorer with 19 points on 7-12 shooting from the field and 3-6 from deep. She added three rebounds and a team-high four steals.
- Jamie Bain picked up her first collegiate start and posted 14 points.
- Lindsay Medlen tallied 13 points with five rebounds and six assists. Defensively she had two steals and a block. 
- Devin Fuhring was 5-11 from the field for 12 points. She also had five rebounds, two assists and two steals without posting a turnover.
- Kallie Bildner came off the bench to score 10 points in 25 minutes and led the Lions with seven rebounds. 
- As a team, the Lions forced 17 turnovers, leading to 16 points off turnovers. 
- The Lions were efficient on the offensive glass, grabbing 12 offensive boards and holding a 21-11 edge in second-change points.
