Lindenwood Esports recently participated in an online fundraising campaign for the American Cancer Society.  The "Level Up" event included groups of gamers and streamers supporting the fight against cancer.

It kicked off for the Lions with a 24-hour live stream November 28-29 with Lindenwood Esports playing a multitude of different games in marathon fashion.  The initial promotion went so well, that the Lions had to increase their fundraising goal over the course of the campaign, which concluded on December 6.  Lindenwood Esports ultimately raised a total of $1,250 to earn first place honors among all of the participating gaming and streaming groups.  The "Level Up" event raised over $7,700 total for the fight against cancer.

Lindenwood Esports begins its League of Legends season in January.
