Lindenwood gymnasts Gayla Griswold and Ryan Henry have earned MIC honors, the league announced on Wednesday. Griswold was named MIC Newcomer of the Week for the second time this season, while Henry was selected for MIC Performance of the Week, marking her first conference accolade this season.

Griswold competed in three events for Lindenwood against Eastern Michigan, finishing with a career-high score of 9.800 on the beam. Griswold also tied career-highs on the vault with a 9.825 and on the floor with a 9.850.

Henry tied her career-high on the beam with a score of 9.900, earning her Performance of the Week honors. Henry competed in all four events for Lindenwood, finishing with an all-around score of 37.475.

The team travels to Cape Girardeau, Mo. for a duel with Southeast Missouri State on Friday, Feb. 7 at 6:00 p.m.
