The Lindenwood football team announced its complete schedule for the upcoming 2020 season. The Lions will look to repeat as GLVC Champions, after taking the crown in their first year in the conference in 2019.
Lindenwood will open the 2020 season at home against Kentucky Wesleyan on September 12. The Lions will take on a Division I FCS opponent for the second-straight season, as they hit the road to take on Indian State the following week. In the final non-conference game of the regular season, Lindenwood will host Tiffin University on September 26 at Hunter Stadium.
The Lions open up the conference slate against Truman State on October 3 in Kirksville, Mo. Lindenwood responded with seven-straight victories to close out the regular season, and captured the 2019 GLVC Championship in its first year in the league.
