Lindenwood field hockey (5-6) was beaten by a score of 3-2 in an overtime neutral contest against Mansfield (5-5, 1-2 PSAC) on Sunday.

GAME OVERVIEW
Entering halftime of the match, Lindenwood trailed Mansfield, 1-0. The Lions were blanked in the opening 30 minutes, tallying three shots, and making three saves. Lindenwood amassed six penalty corners, all of which came in the second quarter.

The second half saw the Lions score two goals, one from Annick Giebels, and the other off of a score from Allie Hosto. Both goals were assisted on by Pauline Terwindt. After a late goal from Mansfield, the Lions would be defeated in overtime, 3-2.

• Terwindt also finished with both assists for Lindenwood.
