The Lindenwood men's soccer team (6-6-3, 6-5-3 GLVC) played to a 1-1 draw against Southern Indiana (5-9-2, 4-8-2 GLVC) on Senior Day from Hunter Stadium.
MATCH OVERVIEW
The Lions put pressure on the Screaming Eagles early, compiling three out of the first four shots of the match, as well as the games first two corner kicks. Lindenwood registered 11 shots across the first 45 minutes, including four on frame, but the USI goalkeeper made each stop.

Zachary Martin was strong in the opening half, stopping all four shots he faced during the opening half, which helped the game remain scoreless heading into halftime.
The Lions controlled most of the play in the second half and were able to get on the board first.
Santiago Rodriguez sent a ball in that found the head of
Gabriel Miranda, giving the Lions a 1-0 lead at the 50:31 mark of the second half.
Lindenwood continued holding the advantage throughout the half until Southern Indiana tied the game 1-1 with just over a minute to go in the math.
The Lions had a great chance to end the game late, but the shot off the foot of
Cooper Wilson sailed over the bar, as the game needed overtime.
In the overtime session, both teams combined for five shots, but just one on goal, as the game reached its final result, a 1-1 draw.
