The No. 14 Lindenwood men's lacrosse team defeated Davenport by a final score of 15-6 on Saturday afternoon by a final score of 15-6.
Leonard Jones and
Carter Collins chipped in four goals apiece in the victory.
Lindenwood was in control from the opening faceoff, an area that
Jony Major dominated all day. Lindenwood led 4-1 after the first quarter and took an 8-3 lead into halftime. The Lions continued to build on a strong game in the second half as they went on to add seven more goals during the second 30 minutes of play.
