The Lindenwood women's volleyball team (1-1, 1-1 GLVC) was swept, 3-0, on the road at No. 9 Quincy (5-1, 3-1 GLVC) on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Lions dropped the first set, 25-11, to the Hawks.
• Lindenwood recorded six kills and nine errors in the opening set.
• In the second set, the team upped their kills total to 17.
• After closing the gap to 23-20 in the third set, the Hawks closed it out to go up 2-0.
• The third and final set saw the Lions finish with 17 kills, a game-high for the squad.
• Neither team led by more than three points at any point in the third set.
• Lindenwood outblocked Quincy in the contest, 8-4.

BOX SCORE LEADERS

• Mackenzi Sifuentes recorded a team-high eight kills. Amber Schade added seven, and Hannah Borchelt tallied six.
• Sifuentes led the way with six total blocks. Borchelt finished with three, and Allie Otten recorded two.
• Otten led the squad with 29 assists. Kat Finnerty was second on the Lions with two.
• Jessie Seidel recorded a team-best 17 digs.

• Otten recorded a career-high three kills.

• Sifuentes finished with six blocks, which is t-10th for single-game blocks in the program's NCAA history.
