The Lindenwood women's soccer team (5-0-2, 5-0-2 GLVC) played to a 1-1 tie with Drury (3-1-2, 3-1-2 GLVC) on Friday evening from Springfield, Mo. The teams unbeaten streak now sits at seven games.

Megan Swanson had the answer each time, keeping the game 0-0. The two teams generated two corner kicks apiece during the first 45 minutes, but neither team could find the back of the net.
Drury would net the first goal of the game just eight minutes into the second half, giving them a 1-0 lead. Lindenwood answered back quickly as
Morgan Weller scored her first goal of the season in the 58th minute to tie the game 1-1. After the early goals, the defense tightened up for both teams, sending the game to overtime.
In the overtime period, Drury created some late chances, but the defense held strong, seeing the game reach its final result a 1-1 draw.
