MATCH OVERVIEW
In the opening half, Southern Indiana compiled 10 shots toward the Lindenwood goal, including four on frame.  One of those shots found the back of the net in the 37th minute, which gave the Screaming Eagles the 1-0 lead.  Lindenwood responded quickly, earning a free kick in the 43rd minute, as Parkin Harape sent in a ball that found the boot of Hoog. The goal was Hoog's team-leading fourth of the season.

The game was tied 1-1 heading into halftime.

Gabriel Herrera pick up an assist on the goal.  Shortly after, Southern Indiana had the response this time, once again taking the lead by a goal, 3-2. In the 56th minute, the Lions earned a free kick, once again taken by Harape.  The ball found the foot of Gabriel Miranda who slotted it into the back of the net, giving him his first goal as a Lion moving the game to a 3-3 tie. Each team continued to trade chances but couldn't find the back of the net.  That was until the 89th minute, as Southern Indiana scored a late winner to emerge victorious in the back-and forth game.
