The Lindenwood men's and women's swimming and diving squads were back in the pool for the first time this season as they took on Missouri State in the teams first competition at the Division I level.
MEN'S OVERVIEW
The men's squad fell in a close contest by a score of 128-115.
MEN" S TOP PERFORMERS
- The team of
Matheo Mateos-Mongelos,
Mattia Giurgevich,
Elliott Irwin and
Patryk Winiatowski took the top spot in the 200 Yard Medley Relay with a time of 1:31.68.
- Irwin took home first place in the 50 Yard freestyle, recording a 20.57.
- Mateos-Mongelos recorded a time of 1:52:30 in the 200 Yard IM, taking home first place.

David Molina-Fregenal captured a first place finish in the 1 meter dive
- Winiatowski put together a time of 51.20 in th4 100 Yard Butterfly, good for the top spot
- Giurgevich earned the top time in the 100 Yard Breaststroke with a 56.95
WOMEN'S OVERVIEW
The women's squad fell by a score of 164-77

Chloe Pearson finished first and second in the 1 meter dive
- Christie was atop the 3 meter dive as well

Stephanie Marks earned the top time in the 100 Yard Backstroke with a 58.14

Stefania Sigurporsdottir finished second in the 500 Yard Freestyle with a time of 5:13.49
