It is the Lions' second run-rule win of the season, following their 12-1 triumph over Parkside last weekend.

GAME ONE OVERVIEW
Marina Esparza struck out 12 Yellow Jackets in the day's opener, allowing just three hits in the complete game, but Cedarville's three runs proved to be enough to down the Lions, 3-0.

The Lindenwood bats failed to get going, with Taylor Bushman and Whitney Wendel collecting the only two hits for the Black and Gold.

Esparza increased her K/7 mark to 9.95 with her 12 punchouts.
