The Lindenwood men's golf team (887, +35) finished runner-up at the Lindenwood Invitational on Tuesday afternoon, with a pair of players placing in the top five at Missouri Bluffs Golf Club in St. Charles, Mo.
GLVC counterpart Missouri S&T (884,+32) finished first as a team, while Webster's Will Hocker (214, +1) earned the individual medal. Maryville (900, +48) and Drury (903, +51) placed fifth and sixth, respectively, while William Jewell (953, +101) ended in 12th. Quincy (960, 108) finished 14th as a team.
Liam Bentein (218, +5) and
Matthew Frith (218, +5) each tied for third at the 36-hole event. Lindenwood also fielded a "B" team, which finished 10th, and four individuals, including
Tyler May, who placed 14th.
