The Lindenwood men's volleyball team lost 3-0 to the Loyola Ramblers on Thursday night in Hyland Arena.
OVERVIEW
The Ramblers got out in front early, winning the first set 25-17 and using their momentum to carry them through the rest of the match. Loyola took set two by a 25-9 final score, then set three, winning 25-16.
Noteworthy Lions' performances came from
Diego Negron, who led with seven kills and 19 receptions.
Kyle Deutschmann tallied an impressive 11 digs and 15 receptions, while
Connor Sheehan racked up 22 set assists. Sheehan,
Alex Pappas,
Kadin Warner and
Jeremy Kirch each tallied one block assist, contributing to the team's two total blocks on the night.
