The Lindenwood gymnastics team placed third in the Masters Classic against Nebraska and George Washington on Friday night in Nebraska.

INSIDE THE SCORES 

• Daniels put up the highest vault score for Lindenwood, scoring a 9.750 to put her in a four-way tie for 8th place overall. Simone Evans and Trinity Caffey were next in line with 9.725 scores.
• The Lions' strongest event as a team was the uneven bars, putting up a 48.825 total score. Wojcik and Moon both led the way for the Lions with a 9.800 in the event, while Carley Scott posted a 9.775 and Kaylee Cooper scored a 9.750.
• Appleget had the strongest beam performance of the night, recording a solid 9.775 score for her routine. Wojcik and Griswold posted the next highest scores with a 9.700 each.
• Griswold led the way for the Lions' floor squad, scoring a 9.800 and placing fourth overall. Hadley Roberts was right behind her with a 9.750 floor routine, and Evans posted a 9.725 in the event.
