On Thursday, the IWLCA announced that Eleanor Kast and Bridget Considine of Lindenwood women's lacrosse earned spots on the 2022 IWLCA All-American list.

Kast earned first-team All-American honors, making her the lone goalkeeper on the prestigious list. The senior played a vital role in the Lions' success throughout this year, tallying 124 saves overall and wrapping the year up with a strong 14-5 goalkeeping record. The senior currently is ranked No. 8 in the country and No. 1 in the GLVC for her 9.06 goals against average, while also boasting the third best save percentage (.449) and fifth most saves per game (6.15) in the conference. Along with her All-American recognition, Kast bagged two GLVC Defensive Player of the Week awards this season, as well as second-team all-GLVC and IWLCA first-team All-Region to wrap up her year. 

Considine secured a spot on the second-team All-American list as a result of her impressive 2022 campaign. The attacker lead the Lions with 52 goals this season, while also sitting atop both Lindenwood and GLVC leaderboards in assists, tallying 30 overall. The Stony Brook transfer recorded 82 total points in her 17 games as a Lion, ranking first on the team and third in the GLVC for most overall points. Considine also sits third in the GLVC for most points per game with an average of 4.56 per game. The Rockville Centre, N.Y. native netted both GLVC and IWLCA Offensive Player of the Week awards back in March, making her the only Lion to be recognized as a national player of the week this year. Considine was a 2022 first-team all-GLVC selection as well as a first-team All-Region honoree.
