ST. CHARLES, MO. - The Lindenwood gymnastics team took third place in their home tri-meet against Mizzou and Texas Women's with a score of 191.425 on Sunday afternoon in Hyland Arena.

INSIDE THE SCORES

• Hannah Appleget led the way for the uneven bars lineup with her 9.750 score, while Riley Daniels was close behind with her impressive 9.700 performance. 
• Gayla Griswold posted the highest scores for Lindenwood on the vault, floor and the balance beam for a second week in a row, leading the way for the Lions in all the events she competed in this afternoon.
• The Lions' floor lineup was the strongest of the meet for another week, posting a 48.850 final score thanks to various solid performances including a 9.800 from Sydney Lopez, a 9.775 from Jaly Jones and 9.700s from Trinity Caffey, Hannah Appleget and Reagan Jones.
•  The vault lineup was in a close second to the floor, posting a 48.750 as a collective. Behind Griswold, Lopez was the next highest scorer in the event for the Lions with her 9.775.
