The Lindenwood men's hockey team (7-21-0) fell in the series finale with No. 18 Alaska Fairbanks (22-10-2) by a score of 8-0 on Saturday night from Fairbanks, Alaska.
GAME OVERVIEW
The Lions were tested early on the penalty kill and they were successful on both. Off the PK,

The Nanooks added another late goal in the first frame and would take a 2-0 lead into the locker room. Despite the score,
Roni Salmenkangas finished the period with 19 saves.
The Nanooks added four more goals in the middle frame to grab a commanding 6-0 lead. Through two periods, Lindenwood compiled 14 blocked shots led by
Jack Anderson who had three. Fairbanks put up two more goals in the third period to pick up the win on Saturday night.
